  I was blessed with an opportunity to take part in Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University class that was taught in March of 2012 by a member of Zion Lutheran Church. As a byproduct of that experience I was fortunate enough to me Pastor John Wernecke of Zion Lutheran who has been an outstanding blessing in many areas of my life. Had it not been for God's grace in the random search on a Sunday night for an FPU class, I would not have found Zion Lutheran and the wonderful people that God houses within this facility.
  
  Being a Christian follower of Christ we all understand that the journey can get tough at times and one of life's struggles is finding a congregation and a church to call your home. The welcoming atmosphere of Zion Lutheran and the devoted leaders within make the church an overly welcoming place to both worship and to serve in a multitude of fashions. I can not say enough great things about Zion Lutheran Church and the love that radiates from its doors by the welcome arms of Pastor John Wernecke.

  I heard about the funeral you had for the baby lying in the tiny casket. How you, the Pastor lied about the mother committing suicide. I find it hard to believe that you were so heartless and didn't take about the resurrection of Jesus and what it meant to both the baby and her mother. The baby had battled cancer all her life. She spent her life in the hospital. the mother and baby were reunited and are in the arms of Jesus.
